The attic staircase Type 18 Small convinces with its strong steel scissor package in combination with a fire-retardant finish. With this staircase you achieve a fire resistance duration of at least 30 minutes, tested according to EN 1363 and EN 1634.

Flexible design.

With the loft ladder Type 18 Small, you can choose between four different sizes that fit the following dimensions: 90×70 cm, 120×70 cm, 130×70 cm and 140×70 cm. From a hatch length of 120 cm, no fold-out space is required for this staircase, which is often very advantageous for constructional reasons. Depending on the dimensions of the ceiling opening, the length of the stairs can also be varied. This means that you can climb a room height of up to a maximum of 240, 265, 290, 315, 340 or 365 cm.

Please note that the hatch casing made of MDF boards is not included in the scope of delivery for this staircase. You can buy it separately – optionally including a top cover if you want to optimise the staircase’s U-value.
