Contact with us

If you contact us by our contact form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for 6 months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Borlab Cookies

This website uses Borlabs Cookie, which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consent.

Borlabs cookie does not process any personal data.

The borlabs-cookie stores the consent you gave when you entered the website. If you wish to revoke these consents, simply delete the cookie in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked again for your cookie consent.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of Google’s web analysis service. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.

Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We have also added the code “anonymizeIP” to Google Analytics on this website. This guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

For more information, please visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html (general information on Google Analytics and data protection).

YouTube in extended data protection mode

We use the provider YouTube to embed videos. The videos are embedded in the extended data protection mode. Like most websites, however, YouTube also uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses these, among other things, to collect video statistics, to prevent fraud and to improve the user experience. When you start the video, this could trigger further data processing operations. We have no control over this. For more information about data protection at YouTube, please see their privacy policy at: www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.

If you register for our newsletter and thereby give us your consent (Art 6 para 1 lit a DS-GVO), we will process your name and email address for the purpose of sending you our newsletter. Your personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
