  • Description

    The metal staircase Type 15 Exklusiv convinces with its high stability and its fire-retardant effect. It can be classified in fire resistance class EI230 according to EN 1363 and EN 1634 and thus stops the spread of fire for at least 30 minutes. With its 38 cm high lining box, the Type 15 Exklusiv is perfectly suited for thick ceilings.

    Flexible design.

    The loft ladder Type 15 Exklusiv is available in five different sizes. It is suitable for ceiling openings with the dimensions 110×70, 120×60, 120×70, 130×70 and 140×70 cm. With the 130×70 cm and 140×70 cm sizes, you can also determine the height of the staircase yourself. You can choose between a maximum room height of 275 and 300 cm.

    Sustainable use.

    The metal stringers and steps of the Type 15 Exklusiv are covered with a white powder coating, which not only looks elegant but also protects the material from wear and tear. The steel safety handrail and the slightly grooved steps always allow you to climb safely and comfortably into your attic.
