Description

Wood is known to burn well – but this is not the case with the loft ladder Eurofire Protect! This wooden staircase even has a fire-retardant effect of class EI245. This means that it delays the spread of fire by at least 45 minutes.

Flexible design.

The loft ladder Eurofire Protect is available in four sizes and can be used in ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 114×55, 114×70, 120×60 and 120×70 cm. It is designed for a maximum room height of 280 cm, but can easily be cut to the required length. The stair shoes made of black plastic and the yellow powder-coated steel safety handrail are included in the delivery.

Sustainable use.

In addition to its fire-retardant effect, the Eurofire Protect wooden floor staircase also scores with its very high insulation strength. Thanks to the 60 mm thick cover and the 2-point rotary lock, it can be categorised in air tightness class 4 and achieves a U-value of 0.667 W/m2K. With a matching ISO top cover, the U-value can even be reduced to 0.226 W/m2K.
