My delivered stairs are damaged or parts are missing – what can I do?

We always produce and pack our products with great care, so that they arrive properly. Nevertheless, should the case arise that your staircase is already damaged upon delivery or that parts are missing from your order, we apologize and will of course take care of your concern as soon as possible.

In case of a complaint, please contact us via our contact form on the website or by e-mail to To speed up the handling process, please send us photos of the damage, the delivery bill and the warranty certificate. Our employees will then contact you to solve the problem.

In case of missing parts, we ask you to take a look at the components list of your installation manual. Please mark there, which parts are missing and how many you need. If you send us such a list, we can supply you with the missing parts as soon as possible. You can find the installation instructions for our products in digital form with the corresponding articles in our store for download.
