The power is supplied simply by plugging the staircase into a socket. In addition, the Type 18 Univers has a fire-retardant effect of 30 minutes, tested according to EN 1363 and EN 1634.
Flexible design.
The fully automatic loft ladder Type 18 Univers is available in four different sizes. With dimensions of 120×60, 120×70, 130×70 or 140×70 cm, it is suitable for different ceiling openings. The scissor elements can be extended so far that a total room height of maximum 2900 mm can be reached.
The bottom cover of the Type 18 Univers is kept in a plain white. Thus, it blends inconspicuously into the room appearance when closed. The staircase itself is finished with a black and white powder coating.
Sustainable use.
This attic staircase is made of powder-coated steel scissors and steps. The lining box is made of MDF boards. The use of these low-wear materials ensures safe use and a long service life for the scissor stair Type 18 Univers.
