The passive house installation set single provides a perfect airtight finish for loft ladders without a steel frame and is ideal for use in low-energy and passive houses. The integrated joint sealing tape ensures excellent airtightness, effectively preventing heat loss.

Installation is extremely simple: the set is attached by gluing to the casing box or to the on-site vapour barrier. The passive house installation set single is blower door tested and offers optimum sealing. It is suitable for the following staircase models: Eurofire Protect, Polar Top, Polar Extreme, Polar 60, Elegance, Steel, Complete, Tradition and McStep Thermo 33.
