Flexible design.

The length of your ceiling opening can be between 77 and 150 cm for the loft ladder Type 4M. For the width, dimensions from 50 to 90 cm are possible. With the Type 4M you can climb floors of up to 340 cm – the exact maximum room height, however, depends on the dimensions of the ceiling opening and will be determined individually with you.

Sustainable use.

The attic staircase Type 4M has a 33 mm thick bottom cover, which ensures a U-value of 1.1 W/m²K. The sturdy metal catch holds the cover, which is natural on both sides, securely in place. The ladder consists of powder-coated steel steps and stays, which provide the necessary stability and safety when climbing the stairs.
