The Type 118M from Minka is a custom-made and fire-retardant attic staircase. The steel frame is made exactly to your requirements within certain frame sizes. Therefore, please order this staircase by sending an enquiry via the contact form or by e-mail so that we know the required dimensions.

Flexible design.

For the length of the steel frame, all values from 90 to 150 cm are possible. The width can be between 60 and 90 cm. A matching hatch cover for your custom-made loft ladder Type 118M can be ordered separately if needed. The maximum height of the staircase is 265-360 cm, depending on the size of the ceiling opening.

The fire resistance of the Type 118M corresponds to class EI₂30, so that the staircase delays the spread of fire by 30 minutes. However, this model is also available as an EI₂60 version for an additional charge.

Sustainable use.

The attic staircase Type 118M has a scissor ladder made of powder-coated steel. The steps are equipped with light grooves, which provide a secure grip when climbing the stairs. With the 65 mm thick bottom cover, the Type 118M achieves a U-value of 1.3 W/m²K.
