The loft ladder Polar Extrem is characterised by very strong insulation. Without a upper lid, it achieves a U-value of 0.59 W/m²K, with an ISO upper lid even a U-value of 0.37 W/m²K. Furthermore, it is classified in air tightness class 4. Since both the staircase and the casing are made of wood, the Polar Extrem attic staircase is also very easy to install.

Flexible design.

The loft ladder Polar Extrem is available in nine different sizes. The length of the ceiling opening can be 88, 114, 120, 130 or 140 cm, the width 55, 58, 60, 68, 70 or 78 cm. Depending on the variant, the Polar Extrem is suitable for a room height of up to 280 cm. However, the length of the staircase can be shortened flexibly by yourself. Since this attic staircase is white on both sides of the lid, it blends perfectly into the room.

Sustainable use.

Wood is suitable for use in attic stairs for several reasons: Firstly, it has the necessary stability – the Polar Extrem can be loaded with up to 150 kg. Secondly, it is a natural and renewable material, which means that the loft ladder Polar Extrem also scores well in terms of sustainability. To ensure safe use and a long service life, a safety handrail and plastic stair shoes are included in the delivery.
