    The cheapest attic staircase by Minka is the McStep Thermo 33. The low price comes from the fact that the staircase is not completely pre-assembled and therefore requires more time for installation. In addition, the steel safety handrail and the stair shoes are not included with the McStep Thermo 33 and must be ordered separately if required.

    Flexible design.

    The McStep Thermo 33 is available in many different sizes. It is suitable for ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 90×60, 90×70, 90×80, 110×60, 110×70, 110×80, 110×90, 120×60, 120×70, 120×80, 120×90, 130×70 and 140×70 cm. With the McStep Thermo 33, rooms with a height of up to 280 cm can be climbed. Lower floors are no problem either, as the ladder is made of solid wood and can be easily shortened by sawing it off.

    Sustainable use.

    Even though the McStep Thermo 33 is an inexpensive loft ladder, it is in no way inferior to the other models from Minka in terms of insulation performance and stability. With the 33 mm thick bottom cover, it achieves a U-value of 1.1 W/m2K. On top of that, the 27 mm thick steps ensure that the staircase can withstand loads of up to 150 kg.
