Description

The attic staircase Arctic Fire from Minka is the perfect combination of insulation and fire resistance. With a U-value of 0.21 W/m2K without the upper lid and 0.14 W/m2K with the ISO upper lid, it plays in the top league of insulation technology. According to ÖNORM EN1363 and EN1634, the Arctic Fire loft ladder is fire-retardant EI230 and thus has a fire resistance value of at least 30 minutes.

Flexible design.

The loft ladder Arctic Fire is available in five different sizes, making it suitable for ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 110×70 cm, 120×60 cm, 120×70 cm, 130×70 cm and 140×70 cm. Depending on the size it is suitable for a room height of up to 300 cm, but can be shortened as required. Thanks to the design bottom lid, the Arctic Fire is also characterised by a seamless and attractive underside. Like the staircase, it is finished in white, giving the staircase a discreet yet elegant appearance.

Sustainable use.

The metal stairs from Minka are made of high-quality, powder-coated steel. This makes the Arctic Fire loft ladder extremely resistant to scratches and other damage. Wide metal steps and the handrail made of high-quality steel ensure safety and comfort when climbing up and down the attic stairs. This way you can enjoy your loft ladder for many years to come.
