Description

The Polar Top attic ladder offers particularly strong thermal insulation with its 133 mm thick hatch panel. It achieves a U-value of 0.40 W/m²K without an upper cover. With the matching upper cover, the U-value improves to 0.32 W/m²K. The two-point safety lock also provides airtightness class 4.

Suitable for common ceiling openings

The Polar Top is available in four sizes. It fits ceiling openings measuring 120 × 60 cm, 120 × 70 cm, 130 × 70 cm or 140 × 70 cm. The maximum room height is 275 cm.

The ladder is made of untreated spruce. The yellow powder-coated steel safety handrail gives you additional support when climbing up and down.

Sturdy and safe

The 27 mm thick treads and 35 mm thick solid wood casing create a sturdy construction. The included PVC feet protect both the ladder and your floor from wear and scratches.
