The flat roof staircase from Minka Stairs offers an innovative solution for access to flat roofs. It combines a scissor staircase made of robust steel with a complete flat roof solution that fulfils the highest safety and insulation requirements. The staircase is fire-retardant to EI230 in accordance with ÖNORM EN 1363 and EN 1634 and therefore offers reliable fire protection.
With an outstanding U-value of 0.7 W/m2K, the flat roof staircase provides excellent thermal insulation. The insulating top cover is fitted with galvanised metal cladding and can be locked for safety. The cover itself is 174 mm thick and is complemented by a 65 mm thick lower cover, which is fitted with a circumferential seal. Together they ensure optimum insulation.
The high-quality lining box is made of robust plywood panels with a thickness of 18 mm and provides secure anchoring of the staircase in the ceiling.
